No.D. 未领购招标文件是否可以参加投标:不可以Can a bidder participate in the bidd三、业绩要求Requirement for Bidder's Past Performance:2015年7月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人应具有至少1个合同的热介质（导热油）锅炉产品的供货业绩，投标所提供合同的供货业绩中累计至少包含2台直燃式热介质（导热油）锅炉，且每台满足功率≥12000kW、卧式安装的技术要求。Subject to the contract signing date, the bidder shall have at least one contract evidencing its supply performance records of heat medium (heat transfer oil) products from July 1, 2025 to the bid close date.
